Superior Message Composition Tools

Mailsmith's powerful Glossary provides an easy way to store and access frequently used text of any sort. Its placeholder substitution capability, combined with options that insert the results of OSA scripts and UNIX commands, further extends its flexibility. Mailsmith makes it easy to use a different Glossary set for each email account.

You can create or reply to a message using Stationery, where you can use Glossary cookies to get special behaviors. For example, the placeholder #quotedtext# is replaced with the selected text from the original message, prefixed with your quoting string. Other placeholders are documented in the manual.
